If you would like to delete your Six Lines account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. We respect your privacy and will process your request promptly.

How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to our privacy team with your deletion request:

What Data Will Be Deleted

Premium Account Data

If you have a premium Six Lines account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Account credentials: Email address and authentication information
Personal content: Journal entries, saved readings, and reflections
Profile information: Personalization data and preferences
Sync data: Cross-device synchronization information
Usage history: Any stored interaction data

Temporary Personalization Data

If you used personalization features without creating a premium account:

Reflective responses: Answers to contemplative questions
Initial readings: Divination queries from onboarding
Profile indicators: Preference data

Data Retention & Legal Requirements

What We Keep

In certain circumstances, we may retain some information for legal or operational reasons:
