Yilin Verse
鳥集茂木,順柔利貞。心樂願得,感戴慈母。
Birds gather in the flourishing tree; gentle and yielding, holding to what is right. The heart is glad and the wish fulfilled, embracing gratitude for the loving mother.

Commentary
Thunder over water settles into thunder and wind — the steady persistence of Duration. Birds gather in luxuriant trees, yielding to the gentle and holding to what is right. The heart delights in its wishes fulfilled, grateful and devoted as to a loving mother. The verse paints a scene of natural belonging: birds finding the right tree, the heart finding contentment, the child finding the mother. Nothing forced, nothing strained. From Deliverance to Duration, the release from crisis finds its lasting form. Thunder and wind reinforce each other without ceasing; the freed heart does not wander but settles where it belongs, sustained by bonds that endure precisely because they are natural.
