The bird soars, the magpie rises; shining over the Eastern Sea. The dragon descends at Tingjian; becoming ancestor of Lord Taoshu. Enfeoffed at Ying and Liu; treading on blessings, emolument thick and generous.

雲上於天，需之蓄養。鳥升鵲舉，照臨東海——瑞鳥高飛，光耀東方。龍降庭堅，為陶叔後——龍象降於庭堅之地，為陶叔之後裔。庭堅即皋陶之別名，陶叔或指其一脈。封圻英六，履祿綏厚——後裔受封於英、六二國，享厚祿安土。皋陶為舜禹時法官，後裔封於今安徽六安一帶。從需至大畜（天在山中），等待之養化為世代積德之厚蓄：天藏山中，即祖先之功德深植於後世，厚積而享其報。
