雲上於天，需之蓄養。宜昌娶婦，東家歌舞——宜昌或為地名或取「宜而昌盛」之義，娶婦之喜，東鄰歌舞相慶。宴樂有序，長樂嘉喜——筵席井然有序，歡樂持久。大過本為非常之卦，澤滅木之象，然非常之事不必皆凶——婚禮亦為超越日常之大事。從需至大過（澤滅木），等待之養終化為超越常軌之盛事：久候之後迎來非凡之慶典，歡樂之盈溢突破尋常框架，此即大過之喜而非大過之危。
