Nine in the third place means: All day long the superior man is creatively active. At nightfall his mind is still beset with cares. Danger. No blame.

九四 或躍在淵。无咎。
Nine in the fourth place means: Wavering flight over the depths. No blame.

江河淮海，天之奧府。眾利所聚，可以饒有。樂我君子，百福是受。
The Yangtze, the Yellow River, the Huai, the sea: heaven’s hidden treasury. Where all profits gather, one may have abundance. Rejoice, O noble man; receive a hundred blessings.

注释
江河淮海，天之奧府。眾利所聚，可以饒有。樂我君子，百福是受。乾至觀，風行地上，觀之象也。先王以省方觀民設教。詩將觀察之行為轉化為豐饒之發現：大川巨海乃天之寶庫，眾利匯聚之所。觀卦之旨在於觀照廣遠而深入，此處所觀之景已是滿溢之富——只待識者察覺。百福之受猶如江河歸海，非強求而得，乃因觀照之明而自然匯聚。君子風行地上，所見皆為天所備之資財。
