注释
上天下澤，賢者速升。安上宜官，一日九遷——極言擢升之速。升擢超等，牧養常山，君臣獲安。「一日九遷」為文學誇張，喻才德迅速被識拔。從履至節，澤上有水：度量已定。從履之謹慎到節之有度，轉化恰當：再劇烈之升擢亦須以分寸治之。善治者知豐盈之界與過盈之始。制數度、議德行，此節之要義。
