Flowers are thin, fruit is withered; clothes are worn to netting. The woman's work is not finished; silk cloth is precious as jade.

注释
天地不交之否，花薄實槁——花疏果枯，衣弊如絡——衣裳破敝如網。女功不成——織作未竟，然絲布如玉——僅存之布帛貴若美玉。從否至咸（山上有澤），否之閉塞遇咸之感應。咸以虛受人——山上之澤，中空方能容水。此詩呈現匱乏與珍貴之悖論：花凋衣破、織事未成，然殘存之絲帛反貴如玉。咸之感應在於虛——空方能受。窮困本身造成珍視之條件：萬物磨損殆盡時，一縷殘絲便值千金。否世之咸，以匱乏為虛，以虛而生感。
