九五 同人先號咷而後笑。大師克相遇。
Nine in the fifth place means: Men bound in fellowship first weep and lament, But afterward they laugh. After great struggles they succeed in meeting.

注释
天與火同人，此為改寫之詩，須據原文分析。原詩：「齊魯爭言，戰於龍門。搆怨結禍，三世不安。」齊魯二國本為周室宗藩，鄰邦兄弟，卻於龍門——大禹所鑿之峽谷——開戰。怨恨結禍，延禍三代而不安寧。從同人至睽（上火下澤），轉化精確。睽卦君子以同而異——於差異中求同。然齊魯之間，本應同者反異。三代宿怨將手足化為仇讎，同人之義遭到最徹底的背叛。
