典冊法書，藏在蘭臺——官方典籍律文存於蘭臺。蘭臺為漢代南宮之御用書庫，班固等學者於此編修國史。雖遭亂潰，獨不遇災——天下雖亂，此處書籍獨免於難。從大有至恆（雷風），天火化為雷風恆久之象。恆卦「君子以立不易方」——立定方向，不為外變所動。蘭臺之典冊正是此理之化身：制度記憶穿越動盪而存續，文字為恆常之最佳載體。大有之盛會消逝，唯恆之典籍長存。
