雷出地奮，然憂在腹內——禍非外來，而自內生。山崩為疾，體制崩塌。「禍起蕭墻」出《論語·季氏》：孔子論季氏伐顓臾，曰「吾恐季孫之憂，不在顓臾，而在蕭牆之內也。」內臣之患甚於外敵，竟制其國——權臣篡奪，社稷易主。從豫至隨（澤中有雷），雷潛澤中，動而順從。隨之義為因時制宜，然所隨若為內部之腐敗，則順從反成覆亡之途。
