風行地上，觀朝廷衣冠與道德之紊亂。黃裏綠衣，君服不宜——此即《詩經·邶風·綠衣》之意：綠衣黃裏，以衣色倒置喻妾奪嫡位，尊卑顛倒。淫湎毀常，失其寵光——縱逸廢禮，恩寵之光消散。澤中有火，革之象，以變革頹壞為旨。從觀至革，觀者辨識何者須被推翻：內外、尊卑既已顛倒，唯有革命性之糾正方能恢復衣色——以及價值——之正序。
