電雷噬嗑，先王明罰。此詩轉為盛世之象：日月相望，光輝盛昌。三聖茂功，仁德大隆。「三聖」多解為禹、湯與周文武，以聖德建萬世之基。從噬嗑至需（雲上於天），刑法之明化為等待中之豐盛。需卦以雲聚天上為象，非暴風將至，而是飲食宴樂之兆。嚴明之法度化為從容之光輝，積德深厚自然光照天下。
