電雷噬嗑，明罰之卦。大蛇巨魚戰於國郊——原始混沌之力在城邦邊界爆發，上下隔塞，政令不通。「衛侯廬曹」寫春秋列國動盪之典型：國君失位，流寓小國。衛侯避亂寄居於曹，喻統治者淪為流亡者。從噬嗑至訟（天與水違行），天與水逆向而動。刑法執行之機制已全面崩潰：非正義咬斷失序，而是失序吞噬了體制，治者反成流民。
