山下有火，賁之明漸隱。歲暮花落——年末花謝。陽入陰室——陽氣退藏於陰。萬物伏匿，藏不可得——萬物隱伏，覓之不見。此為冬藏之深隱：非死亡，乃蓄勢之蟄伏。時令要求盛者必藏於地。從賁至大有，火在天上：矛盾愈銳——隱藏何以至豐盈？蓋火在天上之大放光明，必先經地下之蟄藏。山之裝飾之火須先退入幽暗，方能化為天上之赫耀。藏匿乃大有之前提，非其反面。
