雷在地中，雨師駕駟——雨師御四馬之車。風伯吹雲——風伯驅雲而行。天地之力壯麗鋪張，然詩意驟轉：秦楚爭強——秦、楚兩強爭霸。施不得行——仁德之施無法推行。天神駕臨而其力為列國之爭所阻。從復至恆，雷風相與，立不易方。此變示恆久之序非僅靠天威之展示：大國爭衡，天使亦受阻。真正之恆在於以堅定之道引導天地之力，非在角逐中消耗殆盡。
