火山不然，釣鯉失綸。魚不可得，利去我北。三人同福，以興周國。君子安息。
The volcano does not burn; the angler's line is lost. The fish cannot be caught; profit departs to the north. Three men share in blessing, raising the state of Zhou. The noble man rests at ease.

注释
天在山中，大畜蓄積之象。火山不然——火山不燃。釣鯉失綸——釣魚線斷。魚不可得，利去我北。此四句寫個人努力之徒勞。然「三人同福，以興周國」——三人共享一運而興周。「三人」指周公、太公、召公，輔佐成王安天下。君子安息。從大畜至豐（雷電皆至），蓄積之力化為雷電並至之盛。豐者，折獄致刑。然真正之豐盛非一人獨成，而是三賢合力。個人蓄積有限，唯共同蓄積方能興國安民。
