注释
山下有雷化為雷在地中，頤養之蓄化為復之一陽來復。夏臺幽戶，文君厄處——夏臺本指夏桀囚商湯之獄，此處借指牢獄之災，文王（西伯）被紂囚於羑里。鬼侯飲食——據《史記·殷本紀》，九侯（鬼侯）獻女於紂，紂怒殺之並醢九侯。然文王終得臣下以美女奇寶贖出，岐人悅喜——岐山之民歡慶文王歸來。從頤至復，幽獄中之飲食養其一陽：養之不絕則復之可期，暗室中接受的滋養正為一陽重生積蓄力量。
