山下有雷化為地上有水，頤養之道通於比之親附。旦往暮還，各與相存，身無凶患。詩簡而靜，描繪日常之互助：鄰里親族往來探問，分享食用，以晨出暮歸之節奏維繫情誼。從頤至比，養之所得化為相互扶持之基：山之獨守審擇融入水之自然匯聚，滋養不再獨藏而成為共享。先王建萬國親諸侯，正是以養為本、以比為用。
