水洊至，坎險重疊，步步踏於毒蛇之上。履蛇躡虺，與鬼對視，驚哭失氣，如騎虎尾——險象環生，恐懼層疊。足下是蛇，眼前是鬼，身下是不可控之猛虎。從坎至觀（風行地上），風行大地之上，廣闊之視野消解近身之驚惶。先王省方觀民設教，正為避免沉溺於局中之盲目。此詩寫無觀照高度時之處境——困於地面，每一影子皆化為鬼魅，唯登高方能脫恐。
