水洊至，坎之重險，然士人冠帶整肅，自信南行。衣冠齊備南遊，與福喜相期，至嘉國而拜官——逢時而用，恰得其會。此為仕途之吉占：冠帶示準備就緒，南行遇機遇，拜授得時。從坎至井（木上有水），水由木升——深源汲出以養四方來者。冠帶赴任之士正合井之功能：深學經正途汲出而惠澤眾生。井不遷就村落而村落就井，賢者逢時自然被識拔任用。
