水洊至,坎之重險,然妄怒反成自傷之因。無端之怒失精傷神,自令畏悔不已。忪忪之懼心神不寧——然君子知止而無咎。此詩診斷情緒錯置之病:無因之怒耗身驚魂,然有自知者識此而止。從坎至艮(兼山艮),湧動之水歸於雙山之靜。變化開出藥方:靜止阻斷精神之失血。君子思不出其位,拒絕追逐虛妄之激惹,方可收回怒氣所揮霍之元氣。
