山上有澤，感通至善。長生太平——國祚綿長，天下太平。仁政流行——仁德之政遍及四方。四方歸德——八方歸心向化。社稷康榮——國家昌盛。字字皆太平盛世之語：非僅無亂，更有德教之普及。從咸至姤（天下有風），感應化為相遇之象。姤為風行天下——后以施命誥四方。風無形而無所不至，如仁政之感召。君不追民，民自歸之；德不強施，四方自服。咸之虛受化為姤之廣布——以最柔之方式達最遠之處。
