上火下澤，睽之分離，然室中自有和諧。三班六黑，同室共食，分工有序而共處無爭——不同班次、不同職守之人聚於一室，同享飲食。日長月息，家道漸積其德。從睽至蠱（山下有風），君子以振民育德：蠱者治腐也，風動山下以革除積弊。對立之化解不在宏大之和談，而在日復一日之同食共處、默默修繕——以恒常之共居，修復已朽壞之關係，此即振民育德之具體實踐。
