注释
山下出泉，蒙之象也。猾夫爭強，民去其鄉——狡詐之豪強互相角逐，百姓流離失所。公孫叔子戰於瀟湘：公孫、叔子皆貴族稱號，瀟湘為南方流放與悲歌之地。此非外敵入侵，乃內部相殘。從蒙至豫，雷出地奮：豫為奮發歡欣之象，然此詩以反面示之——雷動之能量未化為禮樂之興，反成兵戈之禍。蒙昧無導引之熱情即為暴力，奮發而無序，則民遭其殃。
