澤上於地，萃也。長城既立——邊防鞏固，疆界已定。四夷賓服——四方異族歸順臣服。交和結好——締結和平盟約。昭君受福——王昭君和親匈奴而受福祉。長城為硬實力之象徵，昭君和親為軟實力之體現。武備與外交雙管齊下，邊境方得長治久安。從萃至益（風雷益），聚合之勢因剛柔並濟而擴大。風與雷相互增益：城牆提供防禦之骨架，和親提供友善之紐帶，二者合力使國家之安全倍增。見善則遷有過則改，益之道也。
