東龍冤獨，不知所觸。南北困窮，王子危急。
The eastern dragon, aggrieved and alone, knows not what it has struck against. North and south, pinched in distress; the prince is in dire peril.

注释
地中生木，升之象。東龍冤獨，不知所觸——東方之龍孤獨而冤屈，不知觸了何障礙，四顧茫然。南北困窮，王子危急——南北兩方皆陷困窮，王子性命堪憂，四面楚歌。龍為君權與天命之象，孤龍失群即君主失國。山下有雷為頤（君子以慎言語、節飲食），謹慎滋養之象。從升至頤，上升之勢須知何者真能養身養命——流離之王子缺盟友、失方向，升而無養，如木無水，徒增疲憊與危殆。養之不至則升亦不能。
