木上有水，井之治在持恆奉公。公孫之政，惠而不煩——此呼應《論語》孔子稱子產「惠人也」之評。子產為鄭國執政二十餘年，鑄刑書、不毀鄉校，治績彪炳而民不怨。喬子相國，終身無患——為相而終身無禍，此乃最難之政治成就。從井至大壯（雷在天上），勢不可擋。井之靜默效用經大壯展現：真正之強不在攻擊而在信任之積累。惠而不煩，以恆致壯。
