木上有水，井養環井之家。八子同巢——八隻雛鳥擠於一窩之中，心勞相思——彼此牽掛，然雖苦無憂。大家庭之溫暖與辛勞盡在此象：窩小而雛多，資源有限而相依為命。苦者勞也，無憂者心安也。從井至家人（風自火出），溫暖由內而外。井之公養於家人之爐火旁得最親切之體現：所養者非豐裕而是共甘苦之恆。同巢共苦即同巢共安。
