木上有水，井養傳世，一井既鑿則世世受其惠。周公營城洛邑——洛邑即今洛陽，為周公輔成王時所建之東都，居天下之中以統治東方。世逮三十，年歷七百——基業綿延三十世、七百年。福佑堅固不落。從井至升（地中生木），木於地中漸長漸升。井之穩固根基配合升之漸進上行：如洛邑般築基得法者，代代向上生長，福祉層層累積而基業歷久不墜。
