注释
木上有水，井德賴根基穩固，轆轤正常方能汲水。然頃迭不行——車輪傾覆不能轉動，弱足善僵——雙腿虛弱易於僵倒。孟縶無良——或為因德行有虧而遭拘束之人物，失其寵光——曾有之榮寵盡失。車足俱廢呼應井之底部失能：轆轤不轉則水不上。從井至中孚（澤上有風），風拂澤面以誠動人。井之壞損機制遇中孚之真誠要求：無內在信實為基，外在之位不可保。
