Nine in the fourth place means: Remorse disappears. Men believe him. Changing the form of government brings good fortune.

澤中有火，革之象也。憂禍解除，喜至慶來，坐立於歡門之中，與樂為鄰。革去舊患，屯之新生繼之。雲雷屯——天地初交，萬物草創。危難雖解，前路猶雜，然人心已轉為喜慶歡悅。舊日之愁苦一掃而空，迎來充滿希望之新局面。從革至屯，變革掃除舊弊之後，初始雖艱難繁雜，卻滿懷新生之欣喜。破舊之歡欣恰為經營新局提供源源不絕之動力。萬物初生雖弱，然朝氣蓬勃。
