雲上於天，需之蓄養。商紂牧野，顛敗所在——殷紂王於牧野潰敗，此為亡國之地。賦斂重數，黎元愁苦——賦稅繁重反覆盤剝，百姓哀苦不堪。前1046年牧野之戰，紂王軍隊倒戈，商朝覆亡。根源在於暴政橫徵暴斂，民不聊生。從需至益（風雷益），本應見善則遷、有過則改。然紂王不見善不改過，增益之潛力全然浪費。本可興國之資源被暴虐之徵斂耗盡——應為增益者反成毀滅之因。
