注释
兼山為艮，天時至而王者動。辰次降婁——漢代歲星十二次之一，為巡狩之吉時。王駕出巡，廣施德惠，庇佑四方，國安無憂。從艮至小畜（風行天上），山之靜化為風行天上之柔。風上於天，非暴力而是文德之薰陶。王者巡行非征伐，乃教化——如微風拂過，潤物無聲。靜止釋放為溫和而無遠弗屆之感化。
