注释
山上有木為漸，木上有水為井。逶迤高原，家伯妄施，亂其五官。「家伯」出《詩經·小雅·節南山》，諷周幽王時尹氏（太師）專權亂政。家父（詩之作者）斥家伯妄加干涉，擾亂五官之職。從漸至井（勞民勸相），井之水本為眾人所用，然若管理者妄為，則公共資源遭汙。井卦木上有水，汲水以養民；然井吏腐敗則全邑受害。漸之積弊若由上而下蔓延，則如毒入井水，循序漸進反成循序漸壞。
