注释
澤上有雷為歸妹，天地不交為否。煎砂盛暑，萬物枯焦；去河三里，市利已敗；老牛盲馬，棄之何悔？一切皆衰敗耗竭之象：酷暑灼砂，水遠不能救近渴，殘牲已無用處。從歸妹至否，天地隔絕，上下不通，萬物閉塞。否卦「君子以儉德辟難」，不可榮以祿。此詩勸人果斷放下已失之物，不以虛情繫敗局。老牛盲馬猶戀之不捨，反為累贅。知止知退，方為否塞之時的保全之智。
