Six at the top means: His house is in a state of abundance. He screens off his family. He peers through the gate And no longer perceives anyone. For three years he sees nothing. Misfortune.

甘忍利害，還相克敵。商子酷刑，鞅喪厥身。
Enduring bitterness, weighing gain and harm, still they oppose one another. Shang Yang, the merchant's son, suffered cruel punishment; Yang lost his very life.

注释
雷電皆至為豐，甘忍利害，還相克敵——善於忍耐以制敵。然商子酷刑，鞅喪厥身。商鞅為秦之法家改革者，行嚴刑峻法，連坐告奸，使秦富強。然秦孝公死後（前338年），商鞅被誣謀反，出逃時因自己所立之法——不得留宿無驗之客——而無處藏身，終為車裂。從豐至遯，天下有山之象：遯以遠小人為道，然商鞅自造之法網正是令其無法退隱之牢籠。制度之利刃終反噬其主。
