注释
天與水違行，訟。農人種藿植豆，卻無暇芸鋤——王事靡盬，徭役不休，秋來無所收穫。「王事靡盬」呼應《詩經》征夫之歎。從訟至履，上天下澤，強者踐踏柔順。履卦要求即使在虎口之前亦須循正道而行，然此處農夫連自家田畝都無法照管。履之宇宙秩序——辨上下、定民志、各安其位——被一個耗盡民力之體制所破壞。勞者不得食其力之果，此即訟之痛入履之危。
