注释
天與水違行，訟。兩心不同，或從西東——彼此方向相反，不能同行。明論終日，莫適相從——爭辯竟日而無一方肯從，僵持不下。此為訟之本質提煉：不可調和之對立，滔滔雄辯卻徒勞無功。從訟至頤，山下有雷，口之象也。頤卦戒慎言語、節飲食，然此處爭訟者恰反其道：無休之論，無養之言，口為爭而開，不為養而用。變化揭示療方：言辭不能化解時，當止語而關注真正滋養之物。滋養始於爭論之終。
