天與水違行，訟。然有冤者東登泰山，得見堯帝而自陳。泰山為東嶽之首，封禪之地，天人交會之所。堯為上古聖王，以明德決獄，不以威勢壓人。冤屈既申，憂患乃解。從訟至屯，雲雷初動，萬事草創。紛爭之局轉入初生之艱，而正因有聖明之主持公道，千頭萬緒始得理順。即便在混沌初開之際，訴諸正義之權威，方能化糾紛為新序之端。
