注释
天與水違行，訟。褰衣涉河——提起衣裳徒步涉水，然水深漬罷——水流太深，筋疲力竭，幾乎溺沒。賴幸舟子——幸得船夫搭救，濟脫無他——渡至對岸，安然無恙。詩為及時之援之寓言：紛爭將人推入險境，然恰當之時遇恰當之人，則危化為安。從訟至萃，澤上於地，民眾會聚。萃之象為有備之領袖下的群體集結——除戎器、戒不虞。船夫即萃之人間面貌：集體之力救助個體之困，此即萃之真義。
