澤上有水，節之象也，以制度約束萬物。然虎嘯怒咆，猛獸衝撞藩籬，上下俱搔，官民皆不安寧。威力逸出節制之外，張力瀰漫朝野。從節至乾（天行健），蓄積之力一旦掙脫約束，天道自強不息之勢席捲一切框架。虎之怒非力之不足，乃力之失度——無方向之剛健，反將優勢化為眾生之苦。節之精義在知止，乾之精義在自強，二者失衡則禍生。
