澤上有水，節以規度定天下。張陳嘉謀，贊成漢都——張良、陳平為劉邦建漢之兩大謀主。張良運籌帷幄，陳平奇計百出，共佐布衣天子成就帝業。主歡民喜，其樂休休，天下初定之盛況。從節至否（天地不交），看似矛盾：否為閉塞之象，然詩意歡欣。否之深意在於：創業既成，功臣退隱，天地暫止交通。建制之後的收斂退讓，正是另一種節制。張良功成身退、從赤松子遊，即否德之體現——儉德辟難，不可榮以祿。
