文明之世，銷鋒鑄耜。以道順民，百王不易。
In an age of culture and enlightenment, spear tips are melted into plowshares. Governing the people through the Way; a hundred kings would not alter this.

注释
澤上有水，節以調制萬物。文明之世，銷鋒鑄耜——兵器化為農具，干戈化為犁鏵，古之至治境界。以道順民，百王不易——以德化民之道，歷百代而不改。此為儒家理想：教化勝於刑罰，文德優於武功。從節至頤（山下有雷），調節之道深化為滋養之道。君子以慎言語、節飲食——節之去蕪化為頤之攝養。銷兵鑄耜之國即養民富民之國，死之器轉化為生之具，節制之極致即滋養之根源。
