注释
澤上有水，節以量度分配。日望一食，常恐不足，祿命寡薄——非驟然之災，乃長久之匱乏，每日皆在生存線上掙扎。從節至屯（雲雷屯），由有節制之限縮轉為萬事初生之艱難。雲雷翻湧而雨未降，萌芽受阻於凍土之中。節之不足遇屯之困頓，匱乏與阻滯交織。然屯卦本義為初生之難，非絕路之象——即便食不果腹，破土之力仍在醞釀，苦節之中暗含新生之機。
