澤上有水，節以蓄力待時。雲龍集會——古喻君臣際遇、明主得良將。征討西戎，招邊定眾，誰敢當鋒？此為以正義之師行果斷之伐，聲威赫赫，邊疆乃定。從節至訟（天與水違行），蓄積之節制化為戰略性之對抗。天水相違，正生出謀定後動之明晰。節之量度化為訟之作事謀始——先自律而後出擊，先有節制而後有正當之爭。蓄而後發，發則不可當。
