地中有水，師之象。功成事就，拱手安居——大功告成，從容端坐。立德有言，坐飾貢賦——以德政立言，安坐而理貢賦。此為征伐功成之理想善後：不須再動，以德化天下。從師至大過（澤滅木），木沉澤下，超常之重。此處圓滿之至已近過度——極度安逸亦含過盈之危。明智之帥知拱手太久即成棟橈之兆：功成不退，盛極必衰。
