地上有水，比也，百川匯聚而祥瑞生焉。麟子鳳雛於家國之中成長，和氣充盈其間，仁風遍被。仁氣所居之處，康樂無憂，邦國多出聖人。麟鳳唯聖世而現，此處言其孕育於和穆之中，正是太平盛象。從比至坤（地勢坤），團結親附化為坤之厚德——大地廣大無所不載，萬物並育而不相害。人民相與之和睦，即成聖賢自然生發之沃土。群聚之力轉為承載萬物之量。
