Commentary
Thunder over water releases into fire blazing above heaven — great abundance with minimal effort. Flipping the hand lifts the document; the task is accomplished with ease. On the first day of the first month, all drink together and blessings descend. The verse describes effortless governance: administration so smooth that a mere turn of the wrist completes the business, leaving time for New Year's celebrations. From Deliverance to Great Possession, the thunderstorm's release opens into the radiance of fire in heaven. What was once bound and laborious now flows freely; great wealth gathers because the obstruction has been removed, and virtue aligns with heaven's mandate.
