Yilin Verse
東遇虎地,牛馬奔驚;道絕不通,南困無功。
Heading east, he meets a tiger ground; cattle and horses bolt in panic. The road is cut off, impassable; trapped in the south, achieving nothing.

Commentary
Wind courses above heaven, gentle restraint refining raw force. Yet here that gentle hand fails: the traveler encounters a tiger in the east, and oxen and horses bolt in terror. The road is cut off, impassable; turning south brings only futility. From Small Taming to the Creative, the soft wind that once modulated heaven's drive is overwhelmed by pure yang reasserting itself as uncontrollable force. The tiger is wild heaven unleashed — no wind can tame it. When the path forward is blocked and retreat yields nothing, one faces the Creative's double-edged truth: limitless energy without a channel becomes menace rather than momentum.
