天地交泰，春夏生長之域。春城夏國，萬物蓬勃，正是滋養之時。可以服食，保全家國——安居樂業之極致。春夏相合，農事方興，陽氣上升，雨露滋潤，無征伐之擾。從泰至師（地中有水），地下藏水，靜而有備。師卦之義在容民畜眾：真正的國防不在於耀武揚威，而在於百姓得養、民心歸附。泰之生養正是師之根基——民足則國固，國固則兵強。
